On September 18, 2025, a “Lesson of Courage” was held for third-year college students as part of the “Autumn Conscription Campaign,” in accordance with the instruction of the Department of Internal Policy and Communications of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 14, 2025, No. 25-3365қбп.
During the event, Senior Officer of the Border Service Department of the National Security Committee (NSC) of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Mangystau Region, Lieutenant Colonel B.T. Batyrbekov, provided explanations to students about the features of serving in the NSC Border Service under conscription and contract, the prestige and status of military service, and the procedure for applying to educational institutions of the NSC RK, as well as to higher military academies in Russia and Turkey.
During the discussion, the students expressed interest in serving in the naval forces of the Border Service of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
