Announcement

On February 21, 2020, the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan,
based on Order No. 57, the Mangystau Energy College named after N. Bekbosynov will announce a COMPETITION to be held from August 4 to August 12, 2025.

Vacancy announcements have been published on Instagram, Facebook, the “Enbek.kz” portal, and the official website of the college (mek.edu.kz).

The competition will be held for the following main positions:

  1. Special Subject Teacher (Automation and Control) – 1.5 workload (in Kazakh and Russian);

  2. Special Subject Teacher (Power Supply) – 1.5 workload (in Kazakh and Russian);

  3. Special Subject Teacher (Programming) – 1.5 workload (in Kazakh and Russian);

  4. Special Subject Teacher (Electrical Equipment) – 1.5 workload (in Kazakh and Russian);

  5. Special Subject Teacher (Renewable Energy) – 1.5 workload (in Kazakh and Russian);

  6. Mathematics Teacher – 1.0 workload (in Kazakh and Russian);

  7. History Teacher – 1.5 workload (in Kazakh and Russian);

  8. Vocational Training Master – 1.0 workload (in Kazakh and Russian).

Qualification Requirements:
Postgraduate and/or post-secondary or professional education in the relevant field, no work experience required; and/or work experience in the profession with the following minimum years for each qualification category:

  • Pedagogue-Moderator – at least 2 years;

  • Pedagogue-Expert – at least 3 years;

  • Pedagogue-Researcher – at least 4 years;

  • Pedagogue-Master – at least 5 years.

List of documents required to participate in the competition:

  1. Application for participation in the competition;

  2. Identity document;

  3. Personal record sheet completed for HR purposes;

  4. Copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;

  5. Copy of a document confirming work experience (if available);

  6. Health status certificate according to the form approved by the Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. DSM-175/2020 dated October 30, 2020;

  7. Reference from a psychoneurological organization;

  8. Reference from a narcological organization;

  9. National Certificate of Qualification Testing or a certificate confirming the qualification category of Pedagogue-Moderator, Pedagogue-Expert, Pedagogue-Researcher, or Pedagogue-Master (if available). If the candidate does not have a qualification category but has a pedagogical education, then for young specialists who have completed secondary or professional education, a National Certificate of Qualification Testing for the category "Teacher" is mandatory;

  10. Additional documents confirming the participant’s knowledge and work experience, including professional development, academic degrees and titles, scientific or methodological publications, copies of qualification category certificates, and recommendations from previous employers;

  11. Special subject teachers and vocational training masters in technical and vocational, post-secondary education institutions must have at least 2 years of industrial work experience in the relevant profession or be exempt from certification;

  12. Completed candidate evaluation sheet for a vacant or temporary vacant teaching position (Appendix 11);

  13. For candidates without work experience – a video presentation of at least 15 minutes, with a minimum resolution of 720 x 480.

The absence of any of the listed documents is grounds for returning the documents to the candidate.

The commission will review candidates’ compliance with the qualification requirements within five working days after the end of document submission.
